Due to the high acclaim of the current 4NKT 06 line of milling products, TaeguTec has introduced the CHASE-4-MILL 4NKT(H)T 04, 09, 11 and 14 line of inserts and cutters.
TaeguTec’s compact four corner double sided insert – the 4NKT insert for end mills, modular end mills and face mill cutters – with its 90⁰ entering angle insert, is the perfect solution for increased productivity of high step down milling and high ramping down operations.
Its high positive geometry generates low cutting force while the cross edge insert geometry prevents unexpected insert failure. The insert thickness and high strength combined with the cutter’s wide bottom for improved clamping enables excellent high stability and productive machining. All cutters include an internal coolant supply for efficient chip evacuation that prevents built-up-edges.
